Therapists like Rachel, Joe, John, Savannah, and Hillary are not only knowledgeable but also professional and some of the nicest people to meet. They explain everything and are sensitive to aches and pains, taking the time to listen and tailor treatment specifically to each person’s needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. The therapists are truly invested in recovery, and patients see real progress faster than expected. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time. Patients feel supported and encouraged, and going to therapy feels like hanging out with a group of friends while having effective therapy. The staff work well with the VA.
