Drayton Roddy with Chilly Ben’s Heating & Air came to our service call and quickly figured out what was causing our air conditioner to stop working. He ordered the needed part and had everything working again as soon as it arrived. Since our unit was still under warranty, we paid $0 out of pocket for labor and service.

I’ve used Chilly Ben’s for both minor repairs/maintenance and for complete HVAC system replacement. They are always punctual and send a courtesy email to let me know which tech is assigned and that they are on their way. They offer very reasonable prices. Drayton is extremely professional and knowledgeable and takes time to thoroughly inspect issues and explain the solution(s) to me. The techs are careful to never leave a mess behind. Much appreciated! I highly recommend this company!
