I have shopped Ulta in Frankfort since it opened. I have never been disappointed with my customer service everyone has always been helpful. If they do makeup application for special events that would be awesome. I know they do hair unsure about makeup. I don't patron any other store now for cosmetics.

This Ulta is hit or miss. A lot of the times, they don't have exactly what I need. They're usually out of it. I don't know if it's from theft or they're just not ordering properly.

I’ve always been a fan of Ulta! My daughter just had a baby and I wanted to treat her so I scheduled a salon appointment with Shawna at the Frankfort Ulta Salon. She did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair the shampoo and conditioning was like therapy and she cut her hair perfectly and made her feel like a million dollars walking out of there. I also had an appointment with Shawna following my daughter and I have to say I’ve never had a cut and blow out this good in my entire life. Shawna is a true artist and so professional, my cut was above and beyond what I expected. Women need to pamper themselves more often and from now on Shawna is my girl! Thank you!
