Terrible! Nobody would ever get back with a plan. Contacted Frankfort branch multiple times and finally reached out to corporate which said they would reach out. Got a text saying I’d have a plan by the end of week (which is more than a month from original time frame) No communication at all! Will be looking into other options.

UPDATE: I still stand by my original review. After receiving a response from the "owner" asking me to reach out to them after my original negative review (which I did email them per owners request) I did receive an email from someone in a corporate office saying a sales person would be in touch and that they'd follow up on it to make sure I was contacted. I did receive a call that day and was told there was a "glitch" in the system showing I had been contacted already. The saleswoman apologized several times and said she'd be happy to give me a quote and gave me her email address.
