As an out-of-town rental property manager, I needed someone reliable I could count on in a pinch — and Mike delivered. He wasn’t able to take my call right away, but he called back later that same day and was at the property within 15 minutes of that callback. He snaked a clogged toilet efficiently and clearly knew what he was doing. He also takes credit card payments and sent a receipt instantly, which makes life so much easier when you’re managing remotely and need clean records. Broke my water valve Sunday evening to my main shower. Had to turn water off to my whole house. I called Mike plumbing, he was out in about an hour.. 9 on a Sunday night got the job done better than I expect and fast. Mike was professional and respectful. Will go with these guys again.
