Our water heater went out and when we called, they came out 20min later!!! I'm giving 3 stars because after they received a post dated check (couldn't pay by card until Monday morning) the owner ignored my calls and text to collect my check after the amount was paid in full. Which was our agreement. I had to put stop payment on my check to make sure it wasn't cashed.Service: Water heater installation
Shannon is outstanding goes out her way to show you the in outs about the root cause and problems. Shown me how to troubleshoot and very hands on. Cody as well does great work highly recommended very skilled and well rounded with anything and shown me more simpler ways of getting things done the professional way.
