I hired CraftMasters to do a large addition project. Their work was timely and of excellent quality. Their crews were wonderful. They always responded to my questions and concerns. I am very happy that I hired them and will hire them again in the future for more projects.
A tornado hit our neighborhood back in April & our home had some extensive damage; I met Gary Fields the day after & he offered to have our roof tarped that same day free of charge. I saw that Craftmaster’s had an A rating on the BBB website so we decided to use them for all of our home repairs of which there were many. From day 1 they were truly amazing. Gary was there to meet with our insurance adjustor & from that point on Craftmaster’s handled our repairs promptly and efficiently one by one. Most of the repairs Craftmaster’s handled with their own crew such as replacing our roof, the crew was there at 730am and finished, with all of the debris completely cleaned up by 530pm. Many of our neighbors had crews that took 2 & 3 days to put on a roof of a comparable size to ours. Craftmaster’s replaced our gutters, repaired drywall and painted in the house, replaced lighting fixtures and even procured and installed a custom built grill better than the one that was destroyed in the tornado. They also handled the subcontractors when that was called for such as a replaced garage door. All of our repairs were done in a timely manner and with quality & precision. Gary Fields was our liaison to the company throughout the whole process and he was always accessible by text day or night, and whenever he said a crew was coming or whenever he came by they always showed up at the appointed day &time. Craftmaster’s was also excellent with working around our schedule; if they were scheduled to come at a time that didn’t work for us they were always happy to reschedule at a more convenient time. I can’t recommend Craftmaster’s highly enough and after seeing the struggles that many of our neighbors are still going thru with other less reputable contractors and having their homes either yet to be repaired or the work having to be redone because it was incorrectly or shoddily done I feel very grateful that Gary & Craftmaster’s found us that day & that we decided to use them. They are true professionals!
they did amazing work in 5 hours i had a new roof on with them taking two layer off .and a great clean up too.
