I had major hail damage. The insurance company sent out their appraiser. The roof and siding on the north side of my home were totaled. They showed me an estimate. Jessica and Big Red knocked on my door offering to help. Everyone I tried to contact was telling me six to eight months before they could get started. She was very professional and offered to help in any way. They did their own inspection and found damage to five windows and a lot of siding the other appraiser missed. Jessica handled everything for us including ordering the windows and negotiating with my insurance. We wound up replacing all of the siding gutters the roof and the windows of course. Big Red did a great job replacing our roof from storm damage and drywall work from a leak because of the storm and even tried to help with Insurance issues! They are very polite and respectful and willing to help how ever much they can. They have given us other quote for more projects in the future. I highly recommend them if you need jobs done around the house.
Big Red was incredible to work with! This was my first insurance claim so there was many unknowns- Jessica, her husband and Jovany were a pleasure to work with and had so much patience. The work (New roof and siding) was 100% completed within a couple weeks of signing their contract which was impressive given the difficulty of sourcing materials during the time of repair AND their scheduling as they were working on multiple houses in my neighborhood after the massive hail and wind storms. I would (and have) recommend this company to anyone who is looking for speedy home repairs! I can't thank Big Red Contracting enough
