Everyone was friendly and carried a smile on their faces, I was helped within seconds and just a few minutes of wait time until I was called back, the doctor was in pretty quickly as well, discussed my issues, and was out within 20 minutes
On 5 May 26 I was stricken with appendicitis. Dr. Bryan Shouse at Frankfort (KY) Regional Medical Center/Capital Surgery (FRMC) was my attending physician . Here is my review, based on my experience at FRMC:
Dr. Shouse and his staff are consummate professionals; knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Dr. Shouse and the staff at FRMC gave me what I considered to be the best possible care during my stay. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and my concerns were addressed promptly with understanding and empathy. I felt like my health and welfare were important to everyone.

Dr. Bowling is awesome! He is very professional, nice, and cares for his patients! I highly recommend Dr. Bowling for your healthcare needs! He also has two awesome staff members. Holly and Adrienne are the best!
