“This is such an excellent idea, and is very well executed! It was easy and all of the instructions and rules were very helpful and easy to understand. Not to mention, SO worth your money. There are just a few slight things that I wasn’t a fan of personally. The shampoos and treatments didn’t smell very good. They had an odd sour Odor that I really didn’t like. The water hose was very high pressured, which is good when getting the dogs back and harsh coat, but when it comes to the face and eyes I was worried about hurting my puppies. I wish maybe there would have been settings to make the wash less powerful. The vacuum didn’t really work, there was little to no suction which was kinda sad, but the blow dryer was great! The only other problem I came across was safety, as a young woman I wish I could have locked the door, just because I’m alone in a public place, and I was constantly turning around to make sure there wasn’t someone behind me.
Positively, I loved the special added touch of the treat machine and the quiet ambient music. It was very nice. Overall a good experience! Would come again :)“
