This is a wonderful service for military and family members (and DoD civ too!). I had a bod pod assessment as well as a metabolic assessment. This was a great starting point for me before I started my exercise and diet changes. I was able to see exactly how much I weighed, my fat percentage, and how fast or slow my metabolism was. You can have a bod pod every month to see how your fitness goals are working. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it was easy to schedule an appointment.
