I had to go here 4 times in 3 days. Each time the customer service was actually OUTSTANDING, like people literally going out of their way to help me. This is with the exception of one instance. In attempting to return something the man working the return desk was condescending, snarky and rude.

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot thanks to Laura, Amy, and Andy. Each of them went above and beyond to help me with my project. Laura was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, Amy made sure I found exactly what I needed, and Andy stepped in with expert advice Laura helped with her amazing knowledge and patience that saved me both time and money. It’s rare to find a team so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to great customer service. I truly appreciate all their help and will definitely be returning because of them. Highly recommended!

I had to rent a Truck to haul a bed. This Home Depot's Rental team are phenomenal and goes over and above to help us customers. They got me in my truck as quick as possible and then took back the rental within 10 minutes. Maybe less. Prices were reletively competitive! I highly recommend this Home Depot and especially their Rental Dept.
