I've often felt out of place at rental companies since I'm a homeowner/DIYer and not a professional, but Sunbelt has been awesome! I've rented a skid steer once and a log splitter several times from them and the equipment has always been perfect and the people here are super friendly and helpful. The deal where you can pick up after 3 on Friday and return on Monday morning for the one day rental price makes them cheaper than anyone else in town for weekend projects. They are now my go-to place for rental equipment! I can't recommend them highly enough for non-professionals who need rental equipment.

Bill Frost is the absolute man. Sunbelt rentals is my official go to. Bill not only went out of his way to track down multiple pumps for an emergency water leak, but he helped me set them up in 95 degree heat. He went above and beyond in every way. I will absolutely be recommending Sunbelt to everyone I can.

They have a pretty simple method going on here. You pull in and go around the parking lot. You walk in and pay for whatever you may need. They walkie-talkie someone outside to get your stuff and by the time you're walking back out to your ride. One of the guys outside is bringing you your stuff with a trailer to haul it on. They hook you up all nice and good and all you're left to do is drive out. The guys inside are friendly and professional. The guys outside are quick and just as professional.
