The stylist here really take the time to listen to your wants and needs. I have always gotten amazing customer service and left with a great hair cut. This is the only place I go now.

Be careful who cuts your hair. Service greatly depends on if you have a stylist that is comfortable cutting. I go to Sport Clips expecting that my cut will be sharp, but with my last stylist, both times she has cut my hair it has been entirely unsatisfactory. At this point I'm going to need to select a stylist in the check in, just so i don't get a specific stylist.

They must turn off their wait time because they said there was no way I signed up online. It said I was next – I was not – it took me a 30 minute wait to get my haircut. I wish I just left.

Absolute worst. The online check in is horse crap and everyone is clueless. I have come here for the last few years, but I will not ever set foot in this place again. Horrible.
