Travis went above and beyond and not only took on my request, but took incredible care of my computer and was just all around helpful and kind. My laptop’s monitor kept freezing on display for months and after I took it to two other repair shops, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I’m very grateful to say Travis confidently got to the bottom of this and resolved this issue within a week! A true professional who was transparent throughout the entire week, informing me about his progress. I highly recommend coming here for repairs in the future!
