Amazing!!! We have a diabetic dog who was diagnosed march 2023. In that time we've been to SIX other vets trying to get his blood sugar under control and, in the last year, seizures too. We decided to give Noah's Ark a try about 6 weeks ago. We've taken our dogs there here and there as walk ins over the years and never had a bad experience. But we're beyond impressed with the care given to our diabetic dog! Dr. Tate is the first vet to actually call US to tell us to adjust insulin because she proactively looks at his numbers- we shared the link with her. Before we were always the ones calling, begging for advice and how to adjust insulin and felt like we were inconveniencing...read full review
Great affordable care for your pet. Staff is amazing and the drs are outstanding. Sign up for their well plan makes taking care of your pet affordable.. I WOULDNT TAKE MY PET ANYWHERE ELSE.
Usually, our visits here are good experiences, but today was not the same. It was disappointing to be checked in by a girl at the front desk with two lip piercings who seemed very distracted or was having a bad day. She offered no smiles or emotional response, and her lack of customer service skills was very noticeable.
I hope she has better days ahead, and I am leaving this feedback not as a complaint, but in hopes that the team will ensure all staff are supported and equipped to provide the wonderful customer experience I've come to expect here.
