Mike is exactly the person you want on your side when making such a major purchase/investment. Not only for his knowledge, attention to detail and years of experience but also for his dependability and personality. Buying my first home was a scary thought but Mike make me feel very secure and confident with proceeding with the purchase after knowing absolutely everything I needed about the home, inside and out. Mike was early, professional, incredibly transparent and did everything he said he would and then some. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. We are very pleased and thankful to have had him do our home inspection.
Mike did a fantastic job with the inspection of our new home. Our home was a complete refurb, so there were lots of structural questions. Mike was very thorough in his explanations and really put us at ease with the whole process. Very friendly and professional thru the whole process. No plans to move again for a long, long time, but I would use MW Inspection Services again if we did.
Mike did the inspection for my first home! He met with me towards the end of the inspection and went over his findings in detail. He provided an honest report that was easy to read and color coded in order of priority. Would recommend!
