Cory's thorough inspection helped us decide on a property. Cory was very easy to talk to and talked to us in layman's terms. His knowledge of residential design and construction helped in pointing out issues we never considered. His webpage is set up very nicely and understandable. He even lists the cost of his inspections on it. He was very quick to respond to schedule an appointment and was open within a couple of days of the request. He also responded quickly when asked questions over email.
