Lisa at the Florence, KY store was excellent. She worked with us until we had made up our minds on what we wanted for a kitchen floor. It was installed by Ron & Barb who did an excellent job. They were very meticulous, careful with everything while installing the floor, and did a great job! I would hope to get them again for any flooring needs in the future.

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job installing our carpet we purchased from McSwain. Our salesman Jason was extremely knowledgeable in carpet business. Made it a great experience for us !

Lisa at the Florance store was great. She knows her job very well and is interesting to talk to. The guys that came out and put in the floor did a wonderful job. They just forgot to fix one thing with the heat vents. Would recommend McSwain to anyone. I'm very satisfied!
