We dealt with 3 different associates at the Florence KY Lumber Liquidators. The first was K., he was worthless at best, second was Dave, who was great. Very helpful & friendly, we would recommend Dave. if you do business with this store. Third was Jack, also very helpful & friendly, and likely the most knowledgeable.
In addition, Jack drove his personal car to our home on his lunch break to pick up the excess material and wrong items (ordered by K.) and had them credited to our account in 1 day.
Overall, we recommend Lumber Liquidators, as long as you work with the right associates.

WE HAVE REMODELED SEVERAL TIMES IN SEVERAL AREAS OF OUR HOME OVER THE YEARS AND WE HAVE USED LL FLOORING. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND THEY HAVE EXCELLENT QUALITY OPTIONS. VERY SATISFIED AND WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We were working under a tight timeline with our home remodeling project so I appreciated the efforts of the store manager who worked with us to get our flooring order ready for pick up earlier than expected.
