2nd generation family business. Been at it for over 50 years. Knowledgeable, honest, easy to do business with. Jody has talked me through a lot of problems over the phone for many years. Chuck’s is always my first call!
At first we were worried about finding someone that can service a GEO.
Nate did a great job with servicing our climate master GEO thermal unit. He fixed our error, he’s very knowledgeable and he stayed to make sure that everything was working before he left.
We’ll be calling chucks again if we need our geo serviced!

The staff spent the time to walk through the symptoms of my furnace to help me diagnose the cause of no heat. They didn’t just sell me a part. I thought I knew what I needed…. Ended up not being a mechanical issue, it was a NG supply issue. I will be calling them next issue I have, I appreciated the knowledge and honesty.
