Absolutely amazing staff! Everyone, from the gentleman at the front desk to the provider is very compassionate and understanding. This facility makes it super easy and quick to be seen, unlike other medical facilities I have been to. The gentleman at the front desk asked all of the necessary questions without the annoyance of small talk or office chit chat taking place, which I appreciate. I know that may sound harsh, but when I’m sick or hurt, I do not like when office personnel are talking about their Saturday night plans and not focused on the task at hand. My daughter and I were in and out within 20 minutes and I was able to carry on with my day, which I truly appreciate.... read full review

These ladies helped me so much and was very nice. Made me feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable situation. They got me in and out with proper medical advice and medication. I can thank these ladies enough!

I absolutely LOVE the staff at Florence urgent care. If you have a severe medical issue you should go to a hospital. However, Florence urgent care as amazing staff. Miranda & Rebecca are amazing. Thanks for always caring for children, parents, and adults. You rock.
