I absolutely love this place! I have been to the secret salon twice now to get highlights, and let me tell you Mz V the owner is one of a kind! The first time I contacted her about my hair she actually did it herself personally. The whole visit I felt like I was getting special treatment, also both times I contacted her she answered the phone right away! I've had a lot of issues with places not answering their phone or not calling me back, sometimes it feels like you have to beg them to take your money lol it's not the case here. The SECRET is out, the best over all hair salon experience ever, from the consultation, shampoo, cut and style, advice on how to achieve the outcome I want, just an awesome experience all around, thank you Valerie, your professionalism is above and beyond.
