Tim was our sales agent, he called or texted us to keep us informed and what to expect. The installation took a week, 28 windows total. Daniel's crew was very respectful and polite, explaining how the day was going on go and looking over the work. Any concerns we had Daniel addressed them and explained it. The install crew came in and installed the new door after removing the old garage door. Hauled everything away and cleaned after work was completed.
