Well they do not show up when they say and do not c even bother to call. They left me without any air supply the entire summer of 2022 when all they had to do was stick a cheap thermometer on. I have been waiting 5 days.
We have had a bad experience to begin with, part of it was that we got a faulty thermostat and part of it was that our AC was a fairly new unit for this company to work around with. To this time, they are working with us to resolve the issue and make sure we are happy.
Toby has always been wonderful and patient with us. And he is very knowledgeable as well.
Great service & product from Ryan & crew from Tri-State. They did a neat, professional installation in a very timely manner & unlike another local company who did an install for us, they cleaned up after themselves. I'm impressed & Tri-State is now our go-to company for HVAC service. Also, thanks for the Trane ball cap!
