I cannot say enough wonderful things about this animal hospital and the amazing team. When you love a big gentle soul like our English Mastiff, Charlie, and know something isn’t right, it can be heartbreaking. As he grew, we could tell something was off with his eyes, and it weighed heavily on us.
Dr. Lane is an exceptional veterinarian. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for both animals and their owners truly stand out. Charlie needed entropion surgery twice, and the second round was a complete success. We are beyond grateful. Charlie is back to his happy, playful self again, even chasing butterflies.
A huge thank you to Molly, the vet tech, a true animal lover. She is so kind, informative, and incredibly gentle with the animals and with worried dog and cat moms too. And a sweet shout out to Mica at the front desk, always warm, welcoming, and reassuring.
