Window World of Cincinnati is a locally owned business that has been serving the Queen City area for 12 years. They offer a wide selection of energy-efficient replacement windows, doors, siding, shutters, and more. Their products come with a limited lifetime warranty. The installation people were clean and quick and so professional and kind and caring of the property. Everybody was super nice and friendly and not pushy. They were the most affordable with a good product and provide high-quality work and excellent customer service. Past customers have praised their professionalism, timeliness, and cleanliness. They offer free, no-pressure in-home consultations to help customers find the right solution for their needs.
I had six windows installed today they did a great job windows look good caulks drying. They also put plastic down on my carpet and over my bed and dressers. so tomorrow after I wait the 24 hours like I was told, I’m gonna put my blinds up after work. Only problem is is the installer’s truck dripped oil on my driveway. My driveway is not the best driveway, but you would’ve thought that he would’ve put cardboard or something under his truck.
We had multiple companies come out to quote a sliding glass door replacement and windows. Window World was by far the best experience and we are so glad we went with them. From the start to finish the team was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using them again for the rest of our windows in the future!
