Originally went to the Newport location, but they didn't have the keys I needed. He called the Erlanger location, they pulled my order, and had it waiting when I got there. I copied the keys myself, but they were very nice people.

Stopped by Bonded Lock today to have a new lock rekeyed and to get several different keys cut. This was our first time doing business with them, and we were thoroughly impressed. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely welcoming. Our work order was handled quickly and efficiently—no muss, no fuss. I came home on my lunch break for “puppy potty duty” and couldn’t get the front door to open. Within an hour, the door handle had been replaced and I was on my way back to work! THANK YOU!!!!
