“There has clearly been a change in cleaning techs or something. This dry cleaner used to provide excellent service! My clothes were always expertly cleaned. When I recently picked up my clothes the majority of the garments were still dirty, just pressed. I requested a "re-do" for the pieces I didn't need immediately. After picking up the "re-do" batch I discovered a hot pink perfectly formed circle of ink, stamped on my white shorts! I have left them a voicemail and I will post another review after we resolve this.As promised, here is my update. Today I received a call from the manager, Debbie! She expressed genuine concern and delivered professional customer service. I understand that things can happen. So honest acknowledgement and reasonable explanations are much appreciated! She even assisted me with the claims form. Kudos to you Debbie and thank you for a job well done??.“
