“My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest. “My little dog woke up at 6:30 a.m. not acting right. Having left a message on the after hours number, Cindy called me as soon as they opened and told me to bring her in around 10:30 and they'd work her in. This place is great about working you in for last minute appointments. She was in and out within 30 minutes.

They've hugged me as I said goodbye to several dogs, cried with me and allowed me as much time as I needed. It's obvious that they love animals and I won't take mine anywhere else. Also, my dogs go in happily. That's not always the case at Vet's offices. If you're looking for a place to take your pets, I highly recommend BAH. They treat you like family and treat my dogs like their own. Everyone is great!“

Dr. Gage is great at explaining what’s going on with my pets and talks through all options. I never feel like I am being pushed to do things just because they cost money. “I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Doan for roughly 9 years now. When I had my two cats who came down with serious health issues, Dr. Doan and his LOVELY team of nurses were so supportive and kind and did everything they could to be there for us, even through the hardest parts. I’ve done my research and tried other doctors as well, and while they were also fine, something about Dr. Doan and his staff just made us feel more at home. I have a pretty rowdy dog and they have done a great job handling his excitement and anxiety, whereas other clinics have seemed to not handle his rowdiness as well. Dr. Doan has also done a teeth cleaning on my dog and did a great job and I’m about to book another one for my other dog! I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. And I have not once gotten the impression that they were trying to oversell me on my bill or take advantage of me. If you want a staff that doesn’t judge, is kind and welcoming, does everything they can to help, and genuinely cares, this is the perfect clinic for you and your pets.“

Never been to this location but had to give a review because of how well they handled everything!
