I needed to replace our water heater it was the original and I replaced a toilet. Jesse was our 1st estimate technician very kind didn't try to over sell and explained everything I appreciated that cause I know nothing. Our 2nd installer cause Jesse was off Chris just as kind and professional as Jesse. I really appreciate the both of them explaining everything and just overall being good kind people. Chris cleaned up his work space and did a little extra. Drexler you guys have two gems working for you.

Joe and Steven were a God send to myself and my husband during my fall outside when they were at my home for a very long drainage repair. They were working together tirelessly enduring obstacles when I went outside to relocate my 3 large dogs. Unfortunately I slipped in the mud in my backyard and dislocated my shoulder and couldn’t get up. I was yelling for my husband when Joe heard me from the yard and came to help.
