Jean came out on a Sunday and did emergency water extraction and got fans going to mitigate damage. He communicated timelines and even showed me exactly how much moisture was in the floor before and after, ensuring it was safe for my family. He inspected for mold damage as well and explained the dangers of mold if not caught early.
The prices weren’t cheap, but they were fair and he constantly communicated when he would arrive and send updates via text. Very trustworthy gentleman and I would use them again.
