They offer full-service grooming and bathing appointments, as well as Walk-in services for dog nail trim, nail grind, PAWdicure, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, trimming, and dematting. Their Express services provide uninterrupted primping to limit the time pets spend in the salon. Select locations even offer grooming and bathing services for cats, such as nail trim, nail caps application, ear cleaning, and sanitary trim. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, who ensure pets are well-cared for. The grooming team is highly skilled, with one customer describing their trainer as "awesome" and "very positive." While the phone service can be inconsistent at times, the overall experience is positive, with customers able to adopt and foster pets at the store, which carries a wide range of supplies for all kinds of pets.
If you what the best trainer to train you puppy or adult dog the Elizabethtown Petsmart has the BEST trainer around, Meaghan H, is awesome. She is patient, very positive, and cares about each and every furry friend she trains. If she is your trainer you will not disappointed what so ever. If I could give a higher rating than a 5 I would give her a 10!!!!! Finley
They aren't always the best at answering the phone at times, but other than that they do a really good job with taking care of the animals they groom. Just make sure you have proof of your pet being up to date with their rabies shot and you'll be good to go!
Very friendly place. Team here does a great job. Adopted a cat here today and the team did all they can to ensure everything was good to go.Took home a black kitten. Black cats always have a hard time getting adopted. Now just need to introduce him to my black cat at home. All cats come with up to date shot records. You can also foster to adopt here.Store has all you need for all kinda of pets.
