I'm new to the area, came here for the first time on Friday for a PCP appointment, and I'm already glad I chose this office! Check-in was super quick and easy, receptionists were really helpful. I had to have lab work done which is in the same building, and I barely felt anything for my blood draw. It was super quick. Today is Monday and they already gave me a call to go over my results; I've never had an office be that quick and proactive. I felt like all my concerns were addressed, and like I was being taken seriously which is unfortunately pretty rare in most doctor's offices nowadays. Very happy so far!

I am post op w abdominal seroma. Dr Cothern has made me believe there is a Dr that cares. She's my new PCM and I'm not easiest patient after being in healthcare before myself. But I glad I made this change cuz I lost all hope .

The New Facility on Towne Drive is Awesome. The Space was definitely needed. Additionally, the Medical Staff is exceptional and Always have True Care and Concern for the patients. Keep up the Amazing work Norton's! ?
