If I could give a review with zero stars I would. Ever since this practice came under the control of Baptist Health it is IMPOSSIBLE to ever reach anyone actually in the office regarding prescriptions or care following an emergency. My grandfather broke his tailbone and declined any pain prescriptions from the ER doctor because he wanted to consult with Dr. Godfrey first to prevent any issues with his existing conditions/medications. I called this office to find out what we could do to help with his pain levels and was give a complete run around by his uncaring, soulless staff.
