I went in March 2021 voluntarily. Nurses Kendra & Kris, techs CJ & KeKe, and therapist Mary all helped save me. I had a major mental breakdown. I’m forever grateful for them. Mary was the best therapist ever!

Lincoln trail saved my life. Top of the line facility for behavioral health and substance abuse. This place took me in two times and both times I received top of the line care for the field. I’ve been to other rehabs in my time and it made me appreciate my time at Lincoln trail. I will forever be grateful to this facility and the amazing staff they hire. I’ve been clean for 4 and 1/2 years and I really owe my recovery to Lincoln trail.
