had a issue with a second floor bathroom leaking onto the ceiling of a little used craft room. by the time we saw it, damage was severe. tried to book online in the evening and expected a call back the next day. I got a text message back immediately and was able to book for next day. Tech showed up and I'll have to admit I thought "he's so young!" Connor was polite, professional and knew his stuff! got it fixed within a couple of hours and the price was great. I would absolutely recommend Hornback and specifically Connor!

Steven Covell was 1st class and professional. Cane in and took time to listen to my issue, move to restroom, then basement and thoroughly evaluated issue.
Began to work thru drain problem explaining each step delivering his assessment along the way. Wasted zero time and toilet was operational .
His skill was impressive.

Called Hornback Plumbing LLC at 9:40 for a clogged kitchen sink after running a 25ft 1/4” snack, using draino and a plunger with no success. They showed up within a few hours and resolved our issue so we could run the sink and dish washer. Dalton Johnson was fantastic and informative and caring for our home. Will call them in the future.
