About Club One East ( formerly Etown Swim and Fitness)
E-Town Swim & Fitness Center offers a comprehensive range of facilities and services, including outdoor and indoor pools, over 90 fitness classes, Kids Klub child care, and various member activities throughout the year. The staff is always friendly, and the rates are considered perfect by some members. However, some members have expressed concerns about the cleanliness and aesthetics of the gym, particularly in the men's locker room. Recently, the gym has made efforts to improve its cleaning, which has been appreciated by some members. Despite this, others have been disappointed by a price increase without adequate justification, leading some to cancel their memberships. Additionally, some members have raised accessibility concerns, including the lack of handicap accessibility in certain areas and inadequate ventilation in the dressing rooms. Overall, E-Town Swim & Fitness Center has the potential to provide a great experience, but it seems to be working to address some of the concerns raised by its members.
Since reopening - the new ownership has done a great job getting things up and running and also accommodating all requests I have made. It has been a BIG JOB to get this entire building back up and running for the community and we (my group of peeps) are very grateful to have the pool available to us. Every time I send a message asking a question or have a request, they are very quick to respond. Happy to see everything coming along, all the new additions, and super pleased to have my needs met when I ask. Excited to see what the future holds - Etown deserves this! THANK YOU!
The new Club One Fitness is amazing! They are making leaps and bounds with the place. The staff is awesome and friendly. Chad the GM is a real go getter and is going to take this gym to the next level. I got to meet the new owner Dustin and he is the real deal, super nice guy. Thanks Club One!
I loved going here in the past because of the pool and the different fitness classes. The way the ownership runs the place they seem like they didn’t care from leaking roofs, messy locker rooms, and equipment that needed repaired. Not to mention the way the management did their own employees and members dirty by giving a short notice that they were closing at the end of the month. Only rating three stars for the friendly customer service Macy has provided at the membership desk and from the front desk people in general
