I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the very first phone call, I was treated with genuine kindness and empathy. April, who took my call, went above and beyond to make sure I was okay through the entire process. She never rushed me and truly cared about how I was feeling, which meant more than I can put into words. Dr. Durbin is an incredible dentist—patient, understanding, and compassionate. As a former addict, dental visits can be extremely anxiety-provoking for me, but he made me feel valued not just as a patient, but as a human being. They were so nice, my hygienist was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was kind thorough and explained everything she was doing, helped with additional recommendations and.
I am actually looking forward to my next appointment, which I have never said about a dental appointment.

5 stars is honestly not enough for how well my experience with Dr. Durbin and all of his staff was. His front desk staff was sweet as can be, patient, and had no problems answering any questions I may have had. Upon arrival that sweetness just continued from the front desk to the dental assistant that I spoke with. Then it came time to meet Dr. Durbin, he not only showed me everything going on but explained it in a way that did not make me feel ashamed but informed and ready for a plan.
