I was there to put my ill service dog down. They was very helpful, in this very sad time for me. My dog was 14 yrs old and served as my service dog for 12 yrs.

Terrible experience. The doctor does not even check your animals. Paid for a doctors visit to identify why our puppy is experiencing hair loss and get shots. Doctor put a stethoscope to our puppies chest, looked at the hair loss we pointed out, and that was it. Said she didn't know what was causing the hair loss. Prescribed and charged us for a medicine that did not work. I called back asking what to do about the hair loss that's getting worse and they said I need to pay for another doctors visit to identify the hair loss and treat it. I explained I've already paid to be seen by the doctor and identify what was causing the hair loss and she could not identify it. The whole conversation just ran in circles. The nurses and/or the office people are nice but the business as a whole only cares about money and the doctor does not do a full check up when you pay for a doctors visit. I asked what all was included in a doctors visit and they tell me a list of 10 things and only performed 2 of them. Very unprofessional

I thought Country Critters was a good place to take my fur babies, but after today I’m not sure it is. My husband took our cocker spaniel in for a rabies shot. I was surprised when he came home and the receipt was for $49.82. The rabies shot was $20. There was a charge for a wellness exam. I ask my husband what they did. He said the vet patted Harley and looked at her paw while she was on the floor. She then gave her the shot. When I called, the woman that answered the phone said the vet checked her ears, lymph nodes, teeth, eyes, listened to her heart and lungs and palpitated her abdomen. None of this was done but we were charged for it. I don’t mind paying for something that is actually done. But I don’t like being ripped off. I guess I’ll be looking for a new vet.

They took VERY good care of my cat. I called the day before and was scheduled the next day!
Everyone was super friendly and it was a great atmosphere!
Mr.Boyd got all his shots and neutering for a very reasonable price and the veterinarian was extremely nice.
She sent him home with pain meds! A lot of vets don’t unfortunately :(
I can’t say enough nice things about this place and I will never take my animals anywhere else but country critters!!
Thank you all for everything you do!!

I will never bring another animal to see them again.... Like most other vets it's all about the money..... Anyone that uses them probably knows what I'm talking about..... Don't forget the shots that Royal King sale don't work.... Ask the vet.. I have spent a lot of money with them but my dog has to be seen in order to buy a tiny plastic ear drain tube....

Have been going to country critters since they first opened. Took my cat because she was very congested. On the phone, when I was making the appointment, the receptionist asked if I wanted to get the rabie shot.I said no. It's not recommended for a cat to get any vaccines when they are that congested. When I took her in this morning, she asked me again about the rabie shot again.I said no. The vet came in without asking me and gave the cat a rabie shot.I said I didn't want her to have the rabie shot. She said oh.I'm sorry I didn't know." She came in and looked at the cat, then gave her a rabie shot.I was given antibiotics, and it was $120. She is an inside cat. I would have gotten the vaccine at a later time.I Felt compelled to write this review.Just make sure you're watching your animal like a hawk standing beside them. It's a good thing.I had the extra twenty dollars. I guess it's all about the money. I have given them so much money in the last 10 years.I won't be back!

horrible experience!! took my baby there for a uti, charged me $240 and i had to collect the urine. then had to take her back two days later, was charged $413 for labs and more medication, was told she was having seizures (found out she wasnt) was passing out because of her heart being enlarged which they gave no medication for. had to take her back on friday and was told that her heart was so bad, there was nothing they could do, she passed away that night. lady at front desk harrassed me for ten minutes to pay a $31 ov that i was told was included in the service that i had already paid for because it was a follow up. even threatened me with calling police!!!! was called 3 days after my baby died not to ask if my baby was ok but to once again harrass me for the $31 which i refused to pay.
