Normally, I don't post these reviews, but my experience with Clauson and Mouser was so terrible I felt compelled to do so. I contacted this company to provide accounting and payroll work for my small business. After the initial meeting with one of the accountants, I could never get in touch with them. The accountant was never in the office, and did not return my calls or emails. The level of customer service is so low as to be almost nonexistent. I do not recommend this company at all.

Susan Mouser has been our tax lady for over 20 years . I feel comfortable knowing that I have someone that I can ask a question get an answer immediately.

Ken Clauson is a great accountant. He is a pleasure to work with and very determined to do everything possible to facilitate his clients needs. His knowledge of the tax laws is extensive and thorough. He is also scrupulous and honest. Further, the other office personel are professional, friendly, efficient and helpful.
