Champion came out to our house for warranty work after some of the panes cracked and the screens had damage. They rescheduled once, came late to the 4 hour window, the screens are still damaged, they removed the windows without giving us time to put our indoor cats up, so they got out, and I'm still missing one, and they didn't warn us about the wet sealant that my toddler got all over his fingers. I don't know if the poor service was because it was warranty work, instead of a new purchase, or if this reflects the company as a whole, but it's embarrassing.Update: We found the cat stuck in a tree in the front yard.

I had a quote and agreed to pricing later champion claim they had made an error on their part and wanted 5k more. Eventually they didn't honor the contract and voided our agreement. Still waiting on my deposit.
