Big Mike was Big in helping me and got the right bulbs I needed; (after going to Lowes and being told they had the right bulbs and took them home and they weren’t!!)
Mike was Super nice and knew his bulbs!!

Diane is fantastic to work with! She helped us on selecting all the lighting for a new build, and replacing all the fixtures in a house we renovated. Brite can get anything you are looking for, and I would highly recommend them!

They can get what you need, as far as commercial electric items (specifically, the sorts of emergency lighting, bits and bob,) necessary for businesses to meet code. Lots of staff...Really. Very attentive & polite, even when they can't help. Was surprised by how quickly I was able to order an item by number, confirm...then wait to hear that it was available...And wait, I did. I guess not longer than I should expect for the (apparently) black hole that is Etown, but since it was an item I could have picked up, walk-in, at several locations in Louisville and elsewhere, I was surprised that it took about three weeks to hear that the order had been filled. There is a display room for lighting, up front - this is not a review of their residential fixtures. though - just saying there is more to this place than just the emergency lighting I needed. Staff is definitely more knowledgeable about available products than folks at big box store-style home centers (again, excluding their residential lighting fixtures in the front show room - as I've no idea what appropriate comparisons are). Anyway, I would give this place my business again; they're local and they're clearly fulfilling the small business goal of employing as many folks as they can...but be aware, orders take time and lots of folks (apparently) appear here looking for electricians, not to purchase supplies (only), and don't understand the difference.
