I had and inner ear infection that was getting serious and needed help. After having infusion in Louisville at U of L, I decided I needed a Dr to see me for an opinion. This location was recommended by others as I traveled home. Other places had long waits but it wasn’t bad here. The front desk was quick and friendly checking me in.
It didn’t take long and I went back to triage for vitals and questions. Once again very respectfully and friendly. I saw the on duty Dr who examined me and explained what it appeared to be, explained medication treatment, answered questions and explained what to watch for and to come back if needed.

I showed up for an abscess on my foot I got here at 10:53 and I have already seen the doctor after triage and intake and I'm done at 11:08 absolutely incredible the staff is courteous knowledgeable and very friendly yes ma'am I don't know

This is my go to when I can't get into my regular doctor. Diane at the front desk is awesome! Always very nice and attentive. Triage is great and the Doctors and Nurse practitioners that I've seen here are great. If you need an urgent care, this is the one to visit.
