My existing heat pump system in my doublewide was 15 years old and the A/C could no longer keep up on hot days. Had a quote from another company to replace the heat pump and coil. Called the HVAC outlet. They recommended replacing the entire system and moving from a 2.5 ton unit to a 3 ton unit. With replacing the entire system and increasing the size, they were more than $3000 less than the other quote. They were able to get me scheduled within a week. Rock Heat & Air did the installation. Everything went very well & I couldn't be happier. They will definitely be my #1 recommendation to my family and friends!
After searching for someone to replace our heat pump and air handler for over a month, these guys were the answer! Called them on a Tuesday and installment on that Friday. Professional & friendly, quick & efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They even came from an hr drive away. Definitely 5☆'s!
We have had a lot of work done on our house for various projects over the 13 years we have lived there. We have been quite lucky with our service providers in that time. We had our absolute best experience when HVAC Outlet bid on replacing our basement system before selling the house (we didn't want to leave an aging system for whoever bought our home).
