The technician arrived within minutes of the scheduled time, and was able to quickly and professionally identify and correct the issue I was having. Technician - I'm sorry I don't remember his name - was extremely professional, polite, and courteous. When he was having trouble identifying the issue after an initial examination, he was able to call a senior technician, who pointed him in the right direction and then had the issue resolved within about 30 minutes. I can't speak to the other reviews but I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Grant's, and would have no issues welcoming them into my home in the future if I have another issue.”
