“Update: Management reached out at when above and beyond to remedy the problem.

Went to get a pixie cut on Tuesday. They didn't save my information in their computer, so she had literally no idea how to cut my hair. She asked me if I used a clipper and I said yes, thinking she knew how to cut a pixie. The top of my hair looks like a hat, there's no definition, or layers, just a giant tuft of hair. She just lobbed hair off. Terrible hairstyle.“

“When my wedding day hairstylist plans fell through, Keisha stepped in to save the day with only a couple months notice. I wish I would have planned to have her do mine and my bridal party's hair from the beginning because she did an incredible job! We had another hair stylist from a different company there to do half of the bridesmaids hair, and Keisha ended up staying longer to help tweak some of those styles to make them look better. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt beautiful. Thank you Keisha!!!“

Ashton is a wonderful empowering woman who welcomed me with open arms into her chair. (After struggling with my mental health I definitely needed a "pick me up" well Ashton did just that ?!
❤ Not only did she give the typical therapy a hairdresser gives to their clients, but she went above and beyond for me. To have me feel just a little prettier & listened too.

❤For as long as I live I will NEVER forget the compassion& encouragement those ladies gave me that very important time in my life. ( side note things are really working out for me) I just needed to be made special for that one moment in time & it had serious long term benefits to my life.
❤God bless each lady at this salon! Especially Ashton & Audra They will never truly know the huge difference they helped me make. I rounded a corner in my mental health that day & started to tell myself "I matter too!"
