Went to get a pixie cut on Tuesday. They didn't save my information in their computer, so she had literally no idea how to cut my hair. She asked me if I used a clipper and I said yes, thinking she knew how to cut a pixie. The top of my hair looks like a hat, there's no definition, or layers, just a giant tuft of hair. She just lobbed hair off. Terrible hairstyle.”
