Recently our dependable 22 year old Trane HVAC was replaced by Jerry Havens of Havens Heating and Cooling in Crestwood. In its place is a modern Trane variable speed HVAC system with many options unavailable to our older Trane model. After living in the house for 38 years, we are thrilled with the cooling capability of the new system. To me, it feels as if the house insulation was increased. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Jerry!! He has helped repair our heating system (when others couldn’t). And as life goes, it went out when it was freezing outside. Jerry came promptly and got it working on a weekend. He’s also helped get our AC running after it went out on a hot summer day. When you need his help, he gets to you quickly. He’s very professional and knowledgeable!! We highly recommend Jerry!!
