Five stars for Crestwood Plumbing, and specifically for Kyle S., who came out to perform a sewer lateral inspection at our home.
From the start, the experience was exactly what you hope for but don't always get: they called ahead to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and got straight to work. Kyle was professional and polite throughout — and importantly, he treated us like intelligent adults. He walked us through the entire procedure, explained what we were seeing in real time, and answered every question we had without a hint of condescension. That kind of straightforward communication goes a long way.

I always call Crestwood Plumbing first when I have the need for plumbing services. Kyle helped me out this time, I had a new water line installed to a water filtration system. He is friendly, professional and did a great job. Kyle has helped me out before and I was relieved when I saw he was assigned to my job. The new install looks great and works flawlessly. I highly recommend Crestwood Plumbing!
Excellent service, always quick to come out, and very reasonably priced.
Additional Note:
Recently had need of their services again for a separate issue. They came out within 24 hours and got it done well and reasonably priced. Kyle Sherrod is especially great and highly competent, though we haven't had anyone from here that wasn't well-skilled.
