I had a great experience at the Lens Crafters in Crestview Ky. Everyone from the receptionist, the optometrist and the employee in the glasses store were very polite and gave me great customer service. I will be back and will recommend to everyone.

I’ve been going to the Crestview Hills KY LensCrafters for numerous years. Everyone is always so helpful. There’s never a long wait time and Lori is the best. She helps me pick out frames that look the best on my face and tries to give me me the best deal between my insurance and what LensCrafters is offering promotionally. You just don’t receive customer service like that anymore! Dr. Schmidt and her team were very nice and provided a thorough exam and went over everything in detail. She even said if the glasses that I got didn’t help with my computer time to come back and they would adjust things. Great group of medical professionals!

Excellent service!!!! Dr Saini and Dr. Schmitt are absolutely amazing. They take it very serious in making sure that your contacts absolutely work for you. They do not rush you. I would rate them above a 5 STAR!!!! They are so knowledgable!! They listen to your concerns. EXCELLENT!!! Their staff member are so wonderful, caring and cheerful!!!
